Giraldo lab: I'm a Plant Biology Ph.D. student interested in the intersection between nanomaterials and plant biology. She is researching nanoparticles that can deliver genes to chloroplast genomes to improve photosynthesis and nitrogen use efficiency in agriculturally relevant crops. She hopes to collaborate with fellow Plants 3D students to expand nanoparticle application in agricultural practices.
